1 Acceptance of Terms

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

pv77 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

• Accepted Methods: pv77 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. pv77 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–4 hours on standard business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

pv77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, access to the account balance may be restricted until the investigation is concluded. Where a closure is initiated by pv77 without cause on the player's part, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
